Since then the body of the crime has never been found and the mother, who has always declared herself innocent, was the only suspect and then definitively sentenced to 16 years.
The documentary in two episodes The Crime of Cogne by Skytries to answer the many doubts that still remain open on this terrible black case, retracing the facts through the voices of journalists – including Alessandra Comazzi from La Stampa, Michele Cucuzza and Gigi Iorio, the first photojournalist to arrive at the crime scene – who will tell firsthand what they experienced and saw together with the testimonies of the Chief Prosecutor of Aosta, Maria del Savio Bonaudio, and of Franzoni’s lawyer, Carlo Taormina.

January 30, 2002 Annamaria Franzoni she calls 118 worried because her son Samuele is losing blood from his mouth, in another phone call he says that his brain has burst and in another that he is vomiting blood.
